First Day in London

We landed at Heathrow at 7 a.m. and found rainfall, clouds, and cooler temps.  We knew we had to stay awake for most of the day to recover from a 8 hr jet lag, so we checked our luggage into the hotel and ran out into the rain to catch a Hop on and Hop Off bus. 

Lincoln is so happy to be sitting on the upper deck

with his mom.  The pouring rain doesn't bother him at all!

 

Below are some of our sights on three different double decker

buses while the rain came down.

 

 

 

                                 But, even jet lag catches up with the most enthusiastic of us . . .
                            a couple of taxi rides have lulled Lincoln into a much needed shut-eye . . . .

 

The next day will be a bit brighter!
